About Us
Iron Wolf Technology didn’t start as a brand - it started as a conviction.
Founded in Yakima County in 2014, Iron Wolf Technology was built by Samual Carman, an IT professional with over a decade of hands-on experience at the time and a clear frustration with how technology services were being delivered.
Too many businesses were treated like tickets in a queue. Too many IT providers focused on tools instead of people. Sam believed there was a better way.
From the beginning, Iron Wolf Technology was designed to be personal, deliberate, and relationship-driven. Sam isn’t just the owner - he’s the person clients work with, talk to, and trust.
That continuity matters. It means decisions aren’t passed through layers of account managers, and clients aren’t re-explaining their business every six months. The work stays grounded, accountable, and human.
The Value's Behind the Work
Iron Wolf Technology is guided by the principles of Adyghe Xabze, a cultural philosophy centered on honesty, respect, courage, loyalty, and hospitality. These aren’t marketing words—they’re operating standards.
For Sam, this philosophy shaped how Iron Wolf Technology would function day-to-day:
- Tell the truth, even when it’s inconvenient
- Take responsibility instead of deflecting blame
- Treat clients as partners, not transactions
- Show up consistently and do the work the right way
Technology is constantly changing, but values don’t need to. These principles have remained the foundation of the company for more than a decade.
A People-First Approach to Technology
Iron Wolf Technology has grown steadily over the years, supported by more than 40 years of cumulative industry experience, but the approach has never shifted toward scale for scale’s sake. The goal has always been to understand how a business actually operates before recommending solutions.
Sam has built the company around the idea that technology should support people—not overwhelm them. That means listening first, asking better questions, and designing systems that make sense in the real world, not just on paper.
Clients aren’t treated as contracts. They’re treated as long-term relationships built on trust, transparency, and clear communication.
Rooted Locally, Built to Last
Iron Wolf Technology is proud to be based in Yakima County and deeply connected to the local business community. Many client relationships span years, not because they’re locked into agreements, but because the trust has been earned over time.
Over a decade after its founding, Iron Wolf Technology remains intentionally focused: doing solid work, standing behind it, and maintaining the kind of integrity that doesn’t need to be advertised.
This company exists because Sam believed technology services could—and should—be better. More honest. More human. More dependable.
That belief still drives everything Iron Wolf Technology does today.
